Research + CompareDesign and Site Inspection Design Development + Approvals Contract + Construction Delivery + installationWe have a team of professionals who have successfully handled local councils, private certifiers and other requirements. Complete the necessary paperwork for MODE homesTM to proceed to the approvals phase of your project. MODE homesTM will commence full design documents for your project. Approvals and Consultants Consultant information and reports will be required for a development application or complying design certificate. MODE homesTM will work with the required consultants in a project management role if required. Cost Consultant costs (to others). Planning or certification fees (to others) Architectural fees – will vary depending on approval process.Contract MODE homesTM will prepare and issue a HIA contract specifying the scope of works and all inclusions and exclusions. Once the contract is signed and the 5% deposit is received, your project is ready to proceed. Factory Our factory process typically involves a 16 week timeframe for fabrication. Site works MODE homesTM will install the screw pile footing system at your site 2-3 weeks prior to your modules arriving. This step is usually completed in 1 day. Services Site services such as power, water and sewerage will need to be in place prior to delivery of modules (by others and at owners cost). Cost See progress payment schedule belowYour MODE home is now ready to make its journey from the factory to its final stop where your team will install it to perfection in a few short days. Delivery MODE homesTM will arrange trucks to transport the folded modules to your site (at owners cost). Installation Our installation team will be on site before the trucks arrive and the installation of your home will typically be completed in one day. Additional time should be allocated for extra works if required (eg decks and pergolas). Cost Upon delivery and installation your final progress payment of 10% is required. Progress payment schedule

Step 2 –Design and Site Inspection
Your home deserves an Architect.Initial design options If you think we could be right for you, download and complete our ‘Initial design request form’ and provide relevant project information eg: survey, photos, plans, your ideas and requirements. Our architect will explore different options for your home with your requirements in mind and will provide advice on planning requirements, logistical solutions, design options and estimated costs. A face-to-face meeting or a series of emails or phone conversations may be required.

- 5% of contract sum required as a deposit upon signing of building contract.
